Blister foil is made by combining nylon, aluminum foil and adhesive through special equipment under certain temperature and pressure, also called PTP blister foil, which has high mechanical strength and good formability and heat sealing strength, and is suitable for high-speed packaging machines.

Blister foil 8011 technical process

8011 H18 foil is produced through a series of rolling, annealing and surface coating processes:

Melt and Cast: The aluminum alloy is melted and cast into slabs.

Rolling: The slabs are rolled into sheets.

Annealing: The H18 temper is achieved using a controlled annealing process.

Surface Coating: Heat seal lacquer and primer layers are applied for drug compatibility.

Slitting: The foil is cut to precise widths for use in blister packaging machines.

Barrier properties of 8011 blister foil
