1. Raw materials of aluminum foil filled with medicine foil

The original aluminum foil material is the carrier of the adhesive layer, the quality of the raw material directly affects the heat sealing strength of the product. 2. Use of adhesive

4. Temperature of heat sealing
The heat seal temperature is a critical step. If the temperature is too low, the bonding effect of the adhesive layer and PVC film is not very good, the bonding between the adhesive layer and PVC film is not strong. If the temperature is too high, the medicine will be affected.
5. Heat seal pressure
Only certain heat sealing pressure can achieve the ideal heat sealing strength. Insufficient pressure, so that the adhesive layer of the product and PVC film heat sealing is not sufficient, easy to produce bubbles in the middle, can not achieve a good heat sealing effect.
6. Product heat sealing time
Generally speaking, if other conditions are the same, a longer heat sealing time can make the heat sealing part more firmly sealed. Generally, the scientific heat sealing time is 1s.
